Please Note:

The number of listings are payable upfront and will be loaded as soon as confirmation of payment is received.
The month (calendar month) will commence as soon as confirmation of payment is received.
Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be made and the amount of listings for that package will be loaded (whether used or not).
Packages can be combined, eg. Package 3 & 4 to obtain 150 listings.

Terms & Conditions

Any reference to 'Dealer' on TopbossOnline.com implies any person, company or organisation that uses the vehicle sales pages for the purpose of selling vehicles at TopbossOnline.com. 'Service' refers to any and all parts of TopbossOnline.com. 'Listing' refers to 1 (one) vehicle advert. Any references to 'The Site' implies the TopbossOnline website.
The service is provided 'as is' and no guarantees are given in any form whatsoever.
Registration is free and constitutes no obligation on either party.
Listings operate on a pre-paid basis. Only after confirmation of payment will the number of listings purchased be loaded.
The price per listing will be determined by TopbossOnline.com and can be changed from time to time. Prior notification of such an increase/decrease of cost per listing will be given.
TopbossOnline.com reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time. Prior notification will be issued for such an event. Compensation might be considered for Dealer's who have purchased listings for that month.
Dealers can be removed from the service if it is found that the service has been abused, misused or used for any purpose other than what it is intended for in any form. In the event of such a removal, the dealer forfeits any and all listings that might be used or still be available as well as any moneys paid to TopbossOnline.com. All outstanding amounts (if any), will be payable immediately. TopbossOnline reserves the right to completely ban such a dealer from participating in the service or any that TopbossOnline.com offers or might offer in the future.
TopbossOnline.com cannot be held responsible for any damage, whether caused by negligence or any reason whatsoever.
The Dealer agrees that the following information can be made viewable to any person visiting the site:
- Dealership name
- Address
- Contact Person
- Contact numbers (telephone, fax or cellular)
TopbossOnline.com reserves the right to change the service from time to time as is seen fit to improve the service.
The Dealer has the right to discontinue the service at any time. In such an event, all Dealer obligations (monetary or otherwise) will NOT be null and void unless otherwise arranged with TopbossOnline.com
It is up to the Dealer to add, update and maintain listings . If the Dealer so chooses, it can be done by TopbossOnline.com, but an administration fee will be charged for the service as determined by TopbossOnline.com from time to time. This fee will be payable upfront.
It is up to the Dealer to ensure that the Dealer's contact information is correct and TopbossOnline.com cannot be held responsible for any information that is incorrect.
If the Dealer purchases an amount of listings and uses less than he has available for the month, the unused listings will not carry over to the next month nor will he be refunded for the unused listings by TopbossOnline.com.
